Do we value ourselves according to God’s expectations? Are we our brother’s keeper?
Matthew 25:32 (NIV) “All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats”.
Brothers and sisters are still angry with each other. Siblings are still envious of each other. Parents and children are still fighting each other. Husbands and wives are still behaving like animals. Nations are still killing and attacking each other. We are to be ashamed of ourselves.
My brothers and my sisters, how do we justify our actions? We are thinking that we know more or are better than each other. God has educated us all according to his will. How can we possibly think that we are better than each other when God had created us all equal in his own image and likeness? We are to be ashamed of ourselves.
Why do we think that our kids are better than our brothers’ or sisters’ children? We practically turn kids against each other by teaching them nonsense at home. Rather than encouraging our children to follow their dreams, we push our own desires onto them and force them to do what we want them to do. We are to be ashamed of ourselves.
Even pastors think that they are the holiest and that they know more than their fellow parents in ministry. We have offended God and he is deeply disappointed with us all. We are to be ashamed of ourselves. How can God choose who is better than the other? When He looks down from Heavens He sees the goats behaving like sheep and the sheep behaving like goats.
My brothers and sisters we all should be ashamed of ourselves.
