How to mend a heart you did not break? Our lives are filled with heartaches. We are often left traumatized, by the hurt other people caused us, and by our issues. However, I strongly believed this world will be a better place. When we humans can place ourselves in our brother’s shoes. Also, it is noticeable how Humans become very inconsiderate, of others and we are treating each other like animals.
In most case scenarios, a broken heart was caused by either a past relationship or by the loss of a job. Other results of a broken heart are the loss of a loved one’s friends or family. Therefore, trials of being treated badly by others, will follow a person and remain for years. With no one to lend a helping hand, a broken heart will continue to go on unamended. The sad thing is you see them every day and do nothing. They walk into your office periodically saying I have been fired and by hearing that you close the door on them.
The twisted mindset we have against a fellow; your problem is not my problem. Not too many people will rich out with a helping hand to someone in need. They choose to use this opportunity to take advantage of those who are unfortunate. However, as a boy growing up, my grandparents always say, ‘’do good to others and good will follow you. ‘Therefore, let us formulate a plan, on how to mend a heart we did not break.
Things we can practice that will mend a broken heart
Compassion. I choose these firsts because God always has compassion on us no matter what. Also, having compassion for others is a great practice when it comes to mending a broken heart. Some people are out there waiting for only 1 person that will fight for him or them. Therefore, that one chance may be all they need to spark the healing of heartaches.
Demonstrating kindness will be a key role when helping someone. What does that mean? When you help, let it comes from your heart, and do not just do it for publicity. Therefore, You may be on top of your game today, but life is not yours. Tomorrow you can find yourself in the gutter. Also, let kindness be the lightness of who you are. There are some people out there that will only do things just to get attention. Not for good cause’s sake.

Observe the feeling you get when you do good deeds towards other people. That feeling you get when you see the reaction on the face of the people you have helped. Knowing you have made a positive difference in their lives. Honestly, as humans, we do not have to search for ways how to mend a heart we did not break. It is only a simple act of kindness rather. Additionally, the special thing about this act is that it will come back to you one day in this lifetime
God commands us to show kindness
One of the commandments given by God. ‘’Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This is a biblical concept spoken by Jesus, in Luke 6:31 and Matthew 7:12. It is mostly referred to as the “Golden Rule. It is expected for us to show kindness. Also, remember that God is watching both the kind heart and hard heart as well. Anything that is commanded by God we should be mindful of and be fast to demonstrate.
Don’t you think there is more to gain than lose? Do you think of ways how to mend a heart you did not break? Can you look at someone in need and know you are more than capable of helping. and not do anything? Also, do you still call yourself a good and kindhearted individual? Don’t you think a day could come when you will need help from someone?
Life is noticeably uncertain, only God knows what the future holds. Therefore, it is wise to live it as he intended to. Also, be the one that stands out. That person that will proudly say I have mended a heart I did not break. For me, when I mend a heart, I did not break. I feel like I have given life back to that individual.
life can change in a split second
Just because you were born into a wealthy and successful family. That does not mean that life cannot change in a flash. However, when you show kindness, you will never be in need. God, will always fill your cup so you can continue to bless others. Also, when you mend a heart, you did not break, is a way of saving someone’s life. Because you have shown kindness that individual can live with less stress and burden allowed to you.
I think life is reflected in how we live it. The things we did, the things we could have done. It Should not come to the point, where we said I am sorry. I did not do anything to help when I could. Our life should be of memories and not regrets. What makes an individual uniquely blessed and highly favoured by God? When you try your best to follow his commandments, he will look behind your faults and see your needs
